• COLD, CONGESTION & STEAM: Add a few drops of peppermint oil to a hot water bowl and inhale vapours for 5-10 mins. Or use it as a cold rub on the chest by mixing with a carrier oil (almond, jojoba oil etc.)
• HAIR & SCALP HEALTH: Add 2-3 drops daily to your shampoo & conditioner. Or add 2 drops to 1 tbsp of carrier oil and massage on the scalp and wash after 15-20 mins.
• SKIN CARE: Add a few drops daily to your body wash or lotion to achieve healthy & radiant skin. For acne, mix 2-3 drops of peppermint oil & lavender oil each in a tsp of carrier oil and apply topically to the affected area.
• PAIN RELIEF: Add 5-7 drops to 10ml of jojoba or almond oil. Rub on the affected area.
• AROMATHERAPY: Diffuse at home. Add 5-10 drops per 200ml water in a diffuser or as per your diffuser's instructions.
